Exchange Policy (applies to internet & phone sales only)
Please note that every dress is new and carefully checked for any type of defects or damages immediately prior to shipping. In the event a dress is damaged, we will replace dress for same style and color.
Exchanges will only be accepted by contacting Sonia's Bridal (email or phone) within 3 days of receiving order (delivery confirmation will be used to verify date).
Sonia's Bridal will only exchange an item if the following applies:
- Manufacturer defect or damage.
- A larger dress size is needed (applies only to Quinceañera & Bridal gowns). We will exchange for same style & color in a larger size, one time only.
Instructions:
- Dress must be returned in it's original packaging with all dress tags and in the same condition it was received.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping item(s) via USPS Priority Mail, or quivalent carrier, insured with a tracking number to Sonia's Bridal and pay for shipping charges.
- Dress must not be used, altered or damaged in any way.
